2018 Fall/Winter: Furnace
Full service tune up // clean furnace cabinet and parts: Inducer motor and Blower motor Hub, Burner Assembly, Flame sensor, Limit switches, Gas control, Circuit Board. Change filter (1" included with service) and check Blower motor capacitor rating.
2019 Spring/Summer: Air Conditioner
Full service tune-up // change 1" filter ( included with service), Vacuum clean 3/4" condensate drain, Clear debris from Condenser, Burn/ Rinse Condenser Coil clean, Confirm Dual Capacitor is within range, Check Contact Relay for blackening/ware and tear, Confirm Refrigerant charge with Gauges, check split temperature.
2019 Fall/Winter: Furnace
